Mini Arise - Basil Flavored Olive Oil

This is the full-size Arise basil olive oil compressed into a format small enough to tuck into a bag or wrap in tissue paper. The same infusion of fresh basil with California olive oil, just in a bottle that fits in your palm.

The basil flavor comes through clearly without turning medicinal or perfumed. You can taste both the herb and the oil underneath it, which matters when you're using it as a finishing drizzle rather than cooking with it. A few drops over tomatoes, mozzarella, or warm bread give you the basil note without having to wash and tear leaves.
