These terms apply to anyone using GiftsFeed. Merchants working with us are covered separately by the merchant terms.

What this site is

GiftsFeed is a discovery and editorial site. We do not sell anything, hold stock, process payments, or ship orders. Every purchase is a transaction between you and the merchant, on their store, under their terms, and their policies govern payment, delivery, returns, and warranty.

Prices, availability, and accuracy

Prices, stock, and specifications are drawn from the merchant and can change at any time, including between the moment a page is generated and the moment you read it. We refresh this data on a schedule rather than continuously, so the merchant's own page is always the authority. We aim to be accurate and cannot guarantee it; if you spot something wrong, the contact page is the fastest way to get it fixed.

Product descriptions on this site are written from published specifications. They are not reviews and do not represent hands-on testing unless a page says so explicitly.

Commissions

We earn a commission on purchases made through our links. It never changes what you pay, and it does not buy a listing or a ranking. See the disclosure.

Discount codes

Some products carry a code we issue. Codes are single-use, tied to the merchant that authorized them, and can expire or be withdrawn by that merchant. If a code fails at checkout, the merchant's pricing stands and we cannot compel them to honor it.

Boosts and reviews

Boosts are a signal of interest, not an endorsement, and we may discount ones that look automated. Reviews are governed by the review policy. By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your own experience and grant us permission to publish it. We remove reviews containing personal information, abuse, or content unrelated to the product.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication, resell our content, or interfere with its operation. We may block access that threatens the service or the merchants on it.

Our content

The editorial writing, rankings, and design on this site belong to us. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products being discussed.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a purchase you make with a merchant, from a product itself, from inaccurate pricing or availability data, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use GiftsFeed after an update means the revised terms apply.
