Brightland

Brightland sources its extra virgin olive oils from California olives picked at early harvest and cold-pressed for flavor. They produce two core olive oils—one described as grassy for everyday use, another as peppery for finishing—along with infused varieties featuring chili, garlic, lemon, and basil. The olives include heirloom Castelvetrano and Kalamata varieties.

The line extends to vinegars made through double fermentation, including balsamic, champagne, and fruit-infused options with blackberry or orange. Their honey is raw and unfiltered, only gently warmed for bottling, with pollen intact and sourced from multi-generational beekeepers. All ingredients come from California growers and makers.
