Jeni's Ice Creams

Jeni Britton founded this ice cream company and spent more than twenty years developing a recipe that produces a smooth texture and buttercream body. She has won a James Beard Award and written a book on ice cream making. The approach she developed changed how ice cream is made in the industry.

The company is a Certified B Corporation, meeting standards for social and environmental performance set by B Lab. They source ingredients through Direct Trade relationships with growers and producers. Their flavors draw on influences from art, history, and popular culture, aiming to create combinations that don't exist elsewhere.
