This is a word description party game where one player gives clues while the other players guess, but there's a strict rule: you can only use words with one syllable. The clues in this uncensored edition are explicitly adult-themed, making for louder reactions and more chaotic rounds than the standard version.

The twist comes from the penalty. When you accidentally slip and use a two-syllable word or longer, an opponent gets to hit you with the included inflatable club and steal your points. The pressure of the timer, the temptation to use the obvious long word, and the physical comedy of the club create a specific kind of chaos.

Each round has one player reading a card to themselves, then trying to describe that concept using only single-syllable words before the timer runs out. If your team guesses correctly, you score.
