This insert snaps into a current BookArc vertical laptop stand to add support for 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models released with M2 or M3 processors. The current generation of BookArc ships with lettered inserts A through H. Insert I extends that family to accommodate the updated thickness and dimensions of recent MacBook Air releases.

The adapter works only with BookArc stands manufactured in 2015 or later, identified by their lettered insert system. It does not fit the earlier numbered-insert models or the BookArc mod variant.

Once installed, the insert creates the proper cradle width and grip for M2 and M3 MacBook Air machines in either the 13-inch or 15-inch size. The stand continues to hold the laptop vertically in closed-lid mode, freeing desk space while the machine connects to an external display, keyboard, and mouse.
