The brewing chamber, plunger, and filter cap are all stainless steel, replacing the plastic construction of earlier models. You still get the same three-part process: immersion steeps the grounds, a paper microfilter catches oils and sediment, and gentle pressure pushes the finished coffee through. The result is a cup with body and clarity, without bitterness or grit settling at the bottom.

The organizer stand holds the inverted brewer when not in use and includes compartments for paper filters, a stirrer, and a scoop.
