Made from ring-spun cotton at 6.1 ounces per square yard, the fabric carries heft without stiffness. Ring-spun construction twists long-staple fibers into fine, strong threads that hold their shape through repeated washing. The dyeing happens after assembly, so the collar, hems, and topstitching all take on the same saturated color with subtle variation.

A classic-width rib collar sits flat against the neck without binding. Twill tape reinforces the shoulder seams to prevent stretching under wear. The relaxed cut allows room through the chest and waist without ballooning.
