Rumpl

Rumpl started when two founders on a California surf and ski trip woke in a van stuck in subzero cold near a hot spring, miles from cell service. Bundled in sleeping bags while waiting for help, they saw a gap in the market for blankets built to handle the outdoors.

They created what they call the first puffy blanket, applying technical materials and insulation to a category that had stuck with traditional textiles. The line has grown to include fleece blankets, wool options, mats, and designs that pack into their own pouches or cushions for backcountry trips, beach days, and tailgates.
