Barebones

Robert Workman founded Barebones after years spent in philanthropy, including Tifie, which served marginalized communities, and Goal Zero, which brought solar power to the Congo and beyond. The company's first product was an emergency shelter still deployed in disaster zones and underserved regions worldwide. Today Barebones manufactures gardening tools, cast iron cookware, enamelware, lanterns, wax canvas bags, and other outdoor equipment built for long-term use.

The company is a certified B Corporation and continues the humanitarian philosophy Workman established from the start. Employees receive a week annually to volunteer with nonprofits, and the brand donates time and products to communities globally. Barebones is actively working to eliminate single-use plastics from all packaging.
